Resident Coach (full or part-time positions)

The Carriage Town Ministries (CTM) Resident Coach supports the Program Director through the implementation of necessary house rules and policies. The primary goal of the CTM Resident Coach is to maintain order and effective ministry for those whom CTM has the privilege to serve. As a disciple of Christ and a CTM employee, we strive to “be imitators of God, as beloved children, and live in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God” (Ephesians 5:1-2).

Resident Life Supervisor (Men & Women’s Positions)

The Carriage Town Ministries Resident Life Supervisor supports the Director of Quality Control by implementing working strategies used to better meet the needs of residents. As the Resident Life Supervisor at Carriage Town Ministries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the fulfillment of program standards and the creation of a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents and staff members. The Resident Life Supervisor will work closely with the Director of Quality Control to develop and implement necessary programs, while ensuring adherence to organizational policies, processes, and procedures. The primary goal of the supervisor is to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure the well-being of residents, and maintain order and effective ministry.

Donation and Distribution Supervisor (full-time)

The Carriage Town Ministries (CTM) Donation and Distribution Supervisor supports
the Director of Advancement and Community Engagement by implementing
strategies of CTM through the Donation and Distribution Center. The primary goal of
the CTM Donation and Distribution Supervisor is to develop and maintain projects
and services to handle incoming “in-kind” donations, using them to meet the needs
of CTM residents and to distribute to other agencies that service those in poverty.
