Resident Coach (full or part-time positions)
The Carriage Town Ministries (CTM) Resident Coach supports the Program Director through the implementation of necessary house rules and policies. The primary goal of the CTM Resident Coach is to maintain order and effective ministry for those whom CTM has the privilege to serve. As a disciple of Christ and a CTM employee, we strive to “be imitators of God, as beloved children, and live in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God” (Ephesians 5:1-2).
Human Resources Manager (full position)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead and manage all HR functions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have the skills and knowledge to build the HR structure from the ground up, while also enhancing and updating existing policies and practices.
